Suguru Geto (Japanese: 夏油 傑, Hepburn: Getō Suguru) is a fictional character from Gege Akutami's manga Jujutsu Kaisen 0. Suguru Geto is a powerful sorcerer who was previously friends with Satoru Gojo. He seeks the Queen of Curses Rika Orimoto, who in turn is searching for the protagonist of the prequel series, Yuta Okkotsu.
After training with Gojo and the other students, Yuta learns to control his Cursed Energy and becomes a skilled swordsman. Even after Rika's curse is lifted, Okkotsu maintains his Special-Grade ranking, so much so that he can beat Suguru Geto, and Gojo has stated that Yuta has the potential to overcome him.
Geto schemes his next move with Jogo, who has regained his body, and Mahito. Geto declares that they will continue trying to find all of Sukuna's fingers to fully release him, starting by ambushing Tokyo Jujutsu Tech. The Kyoto class arrives for the exchange event, and Yuji reveals his survival after two months, to his friends' shock.
He demands to know who the imposter is. "Geto" lifts the top of his head to expose a brain with a mouth. The brain survives by taking over people's brains with his Cursed Technique; he'd transplanted his brain into Geto's dead body to access his Curse Manipulation for sinister plans. In the train tunnels, Yuji is informed that Gojo has been sealed.

The man behind the attack was Suguru Geto, a previous student and old friend of Gojo, who defected from the school and killed over a hundred innocent people on a mission. Geto attempts to get Yuta on his side so they can make use of Rika, but Yuta refuses when he insults Yuta's friends due to unsettled circumstances.
