Find the trending cutoff score to promote for all of those mos for the time period evaluated. Time to start putting it all together. Add up step one to get your estimate of how many people will promote. Now divide each individual mos number promoted by the summed total. This is your weighted score.

The cutoff scores tell you how many people got promoted, what zone they were promoted in, the amount of points the person who was the cutoff had, and then how many total people were eligible in each zone that month.
The cutoff score is the score of the last person to make the list. So if there are 3 slots for an MOS, they take the top three people. Whatever the score of the last person, that is that month's cutoff score.
I am willing to bet between that the cutoff scores will be 798 for SGT and SSG for at least 50% of all MOS ...

Is there a way to predict cut-off scores for next month? E5 that works for me is asking. there used to be a convoluted method with multiplying average points and then subtracting the total of the last 5 months but I'm pretty sure they started to release the trend report later in the month to stop people from doing that
Call it a unique combination of GWOT-era policy that grandfathered SSGs to 24 years and SFCs to 26-28, shrinking the MOS by at least 25%, and generally lacking the motivation to max the APFT while waiting for points to drop.
The list that is coming out on or around Dec 20th is for a 1 January 2024 promotion. The points and system information used to crear the list were pulled as of Nov 26.
