The Be Here Now Tour was a concert tour by English rock band Oasis in support of their third album Be Here Now.The tour, which spanned the UK, Europe, North America, Asia, Oceania, and Latin America, included 85 shows over a period of several months in 1997 and 1998.
One of the B-sides—"The Quick Sand Song"—was a reference to Oasis's instrumental piece "The Swamp Song". Oasis's lead guitarist Noel Gallagher heralded No Way Sis as the "second-best band in the world", [ 2 ] and he presented his doppelgänger Gerry McKay with the golden Gibson Les Paul guitar he played while recording " Some Might Say ".
Be Here Now is the third studio album by the English rock band Oasis, released on 21 August 1997 by Creation Records.The album was recorded at multiple recording studios in London, including Abbey Road Studios, as well as Ridge Farm Studio in Surrey.
