Alter Bridge's third album, AB III, was released on October 11, 2010, in Europe and the UK on Roadrunner Records, [27] and on November 9, 2010, in North America on Alter Bridge Recordings via EMI. [28] A loose concept album, [29] AB III has received critical acclaim, with Rick Florino from Artistdirect calling it a "sprawling masterpiece". [30]
