Description. The navigational structures at Grand Haven consist of two piers and two revetments located at the mouth of the Grand River. The northern pier is 1,414 feet long, and the southern pier is 1,495 feet long. The channel itself is 300 feet wide and 23 feet deep, running from Lake Michigan to a point 1,000 feet inside the ends of the pier.

Center Line is a city in Macomb County in the U.S. state of Michigan. An inner-ring suburb of Detroit, Center Line is located roughly 11 miles (17.7 km) north of downtown Detroit, and is completely surrounded by the larger city of Warren. Pier 76, United States Lines Terminal, was constructed as a cargo pier on West Side Highway at what was then the foot of 36th Street, and is now in use by Classic Car Club Manhattan, who took over the pier's lease from the NYPD in April 2016. Neon letters spelling "United States Lines" are located on the west side of the pier, facing New Jersey.
