Fairhope is a city in Baldwin County, Alabama, United States, located on the eastern shoreline of Mobile Bay. The population was 22,477 at the 2020 census . [ 4 ] Fairhope is a principal city of the Daphne-Fairhope-Foley metropolitan area , which includes all of Baldwin County.
Many local residents use this route as a north–south alternative to US 98 which runs parallel to it a few miles to the west. US 98 travels through the cities of Daphne and Fairhope while SR 181 travels through rural country. It has also become an alternative north–south route to SR 59 which runs parallel to it a few miles to the east.
State Route 104 (SR 104) is a 10.769-mile-long (17.331 km) state highway completely within Baldwin County in the southwestern part of the U.S. state of Alabama. The western terminus of the highway is at an intersection with U.S. Route 98 (US 98) in Fairhope. The eastern terminus of the highway is at an intersection with SR 59 in Robertsdale.
