The 2021–22 LSU Tigers women's basketball team represented Louisiana State University during the 2021–22 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Lady Tigers, led by first-year head coach Kim Mulkey, played their home games at the Pete Maravich Assembly Center and competed as members of the Southeastern Conference (SEC).
The LSU Gym/Armory was completed in 1930 and was the home gymnasium of the LSU basketball team until 1937 when the John M Parker Agricultural Coliseum was completed, though for several years both the Gym/Armory and the coliseum were used for LSU's basketball games. The main floor was the gymnasium and the lower floor was the armory.
