Have been with Sky for many years 12 plus for TV service. When moving home decided to switch to the Sky Broadband and phone service. Have been in my new home for 4.5 weeks after the date agreed for Sky install and still phone line issues (At times no dial tone) and a broadband connection speed around 25% of that promised.
