Medford Lakes is a borough in Burlington County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey.As of the 2020 United States census, the borough's population was 4,264, [9] an increase of 118 (+2.8%) from the 2010 census count of 4,146, [18] [19] which in turn reflected a decline of 27 (−0.6%) from the 4,173 counted in the 2000 census. [20]
