Mantoloking (/ ˌ m æ n t ə ˈ l oʊ k ɪ ŋ /, MAN-ta-LO-king [18]) is a coastal borough in Ocean County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey.As of the 2020 United States census, the borough's population was 331, [9] an increase of 35 (+11.8%) from the 2010 census count of 296, [19] [20] which in turn reflected a decline of 127 (−30.0%) from the 423 counted in the 2000 census. [21]
Both of New Jersey's U.S. Senate seats have held by Democrats since 2013. Clifford P. Case was the last Republican elected to represent New Jersey in the U.S. Senate in 1972. Case served four consecutive terms before losing the Republican primary in 1978 to Jeff Bell, who himself lost the General election to Democratic challenger Bill Bradley.

Hugh James Saxton (born January 22, 1943) is an American politician from New Jersey. A member of the Republican Party, he represented parts of Burlington, Ocean, and Camden counties in the United States House of Representatives from 1984 to 2009. Before entering Congress, he served in the New Jersey Senate and the New Jersey General Assembly.
