The current Sutton Place Hotel Toronto is situated at 355 King Street West. Between 1967 and 2012, the hotel occupied a grand building on Bay Street. The hotel in its new location is now under the full ownership and operations of The Sutton Place Hotels, having been rebranded from King Blue Hotel Toronto.
