Asilomar Conference Grounds is a conference center originally built for the Young Women's Christian Association (YWCA). It is located on the western tip of the Monterey Peninsula in Pacific Grove, California, near what was formerly known as Moss Beach.

The men's team was formed in 1926 by Clarence Jones and practices were held in the Athens YMCA 20-yard pool. [5] The men's team later moved to Stegeman Hall, an indoor athletics and training facility built during World War I and demolished in 1996. [6] [7] The women's team began competing in 1974.
The pool is also home to a 150+ member swim team that competes with other pools in the Houston area. Swim team season runs from mid-May through the end of June. The Parks Director is Andrew Devers. The Weekley Family YMCA is in the area. It opened in 1951 as the Southwest YMCA, [49] in West University Place.
