Nemrut (Turkish: Nemrut Dağı, Armenian: Սարակն Sarakn, "Mountain spring", Armenian pronunciation: [sɑˈɾɑkən], Kurdish: Çiyayê Nemrudê) is a dormant volcano in Tatvan district, Bitlis province, Eastern Turkey, close to Lake Van.
