Lê Quang Liêm (born 13 March 1991) is a Vietnamese chess grandmaster, the top-ranked of his country. [2] He was awarded the title of Grandmaster by FIDE in 2006. The Vietnamese Chess Championship has been held annually since 1980 by the Vietnam Chess Federation (Vietnamese: Liên đoàn Cờ Việt Nam), which joined FIDE in 1988. [1] The federation has also organized an annual Vietnamese Women's Chess Championship since 1983.
