Holy Name Church is a Catholic church and diocesan shrine, the seat of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Star of the New Evangelization Parish in Columbus, Ohio. It is part of the Diocese of Columbus and located just north of the campus of the Ohio State University .

The first Catholic church in Steubenville, St. Peter's, was dedicated in 1835. The parish worships in Holy Name Cathedral and Holy Rosary Church. Bishop Conlon began raising funds to construct a cathedral to house the parish on Steubenville's west side. After raising $8.5 million, he decided in November 2011 that it would be too risky to incur the large debt construction would require and shelved the plan.
