The late Ralph Howard anchored Howard 100 News every weekday afternoon. He had previously been a news anchor on New York radio stations WINS 1010 AM and WMCA 570 AM. In September 2010, he underwent lung transplant surgery. He retired from the show on May 30, 2013 after 53 years of news broadcasting.
