The question is what does an implementation in language X do for the article? I don't see the merit in a specific language. Bubble sort is not a complex algorithm. Psuedo code is clear enough, and it also avoids the problem of some editors wanting an implementation in their favorite language. If there's a Java, then there should be a C++.
