Festival Alabang (also known as Festival Mall, formerly known as Festival Supermall, and colloquially known as Festi), is a shopping mall owned and operated by Filinvest Land, Inc. It is located at Filinvest City (formerly Filinvest Corporate City) in Alabang, Muntinlupa, the Philippines. It opened on May 15, 1998.

Alabang Town Center opened in 1982 as a strip mall with a supermarket and two cinemas that had the St. Jerome Emiliani and Sta. Susana Parish, a Roman Catholic church which was built in the 1970s, as its anchor tenant. The mall was expanded in 1994 and 2007 and became a cosmopolitan Mediterranean-designed, airy lifestyle center. [5]
The fashion stores opened in December 2011 along with the grand re-launch in November 2012 (which formally ended the renovation process and declared the mall as a 'premier SM mall'). [ 2 ] SM Southmall attracts global retailers including Swedish fashion giant H&M which opened on October 29, 2015, and Uniqlo which opened on November 7, 2014.
In 2014, Landmark was selected to become the anchor store for Festival Alabang expansion and redevelopment in Filinvest City, Muntinlupa. The supermarket opened on July 28, 2017, followed by the department store on October 6, 2017. It is the first branch of Landmark to be opened in southern Metro Manila. [3]
