I Oppose merging Tramp or Hobo, as they have distinct histories that are not international, and have particular context ie migrant workers and gendered/sexualized slur respectively. Additionally I propose merging Loitering page, since the anti vagrancy laws and anti loitering laws tend to have a lot of overlap and continuity.
