I found my solution. Download and install Pictus. Now, I see (in my preview pane) a small preview pic of my .psd image. https://poppeman.se/pictus/. PHOTOSHOP SIDE NOTE: After install of Pictus, you may notice that some of your .psd files seem to have some sort of weird white shape in the preview.

As I know, PSD file is project file of Photoshop, you have to use photoshop to open the psd file. Windows photo gallery doesn't support psd file. Open Windows File Explorer. Open a folder of Photos. On the View Ribbon (tab) choose small, medium, or large icons in the Layout Section. Then at the end of the View Ribbon (tab) click 'Options'. On that Dialog, click on the View Tab. Uncheck the box marked 'Always show icons, never show thumbnails'.
