Here are some tips to prevent being scammed: Check to see if the person messaging you is actually typing. If it looks like a message appears instantly and there is no physical time that a person could have typed a message out, then it is copy pasted. Ask questions CONSTANTLY.

The CEO of discord couldn’t care less about replying to your email. You’re never getting a response.
It appears that the account you reported covering a majority of users in your friends list. It then continues saying that the account will be suspended or deleted within 2 hours and you have to contact support within 24 hours otherwise it's to late. On the ticket said to contact will_support81 which is apparently discord security corporate head.

I have pretty much the same story. Me to I have waited for 2-3 months. The support response time exceeds the heat death of the universe. Sending followup emails puts you to the bottom of the queue, but yes waiting weeks is the norm for discord support.
This happened to me 2 weeks ago, I wish discord changed how they allow us to change our emails. I deleted my old email and replaced it with a new one, but my discord still uses the old email. I cannot send and use the verification code as it would be sent to my deleted email that I cannot use, so I cannot change it.
The bot had me change my email to their email to 'protect the account' so now my discord email is "timothysuppofficial+69@gmail.com" After that, they said my account had a lot of problems and now I need to validate the account by spending $150 and they'd refund it back. That was the final tip off this seemed incredibly fake.
The scammer sent a fake email and they are mike_support89. Then they will ask you to “verify” your account by scanning a QR code in the Discord app. That QR code is Discord's passwordless login that they generated on their computer and scanning it will give the scammer access to your account. 3.
This scam is still going around, and I’ve had a few friends lose accounts from it. Bellow I have attached messages from the accounts to me and to one of my friends who received the same message. Along with the fake “discord” email. There also is the official reply from discord’s support team. Where they explain more about the situation.
