I just got off the phone with customer service and they will not refund a 2 months I was charged for $130/m. I specifically remember canceling on my phone and didn't take a screenshot.
I did a 7 day free trial with TUBI, on the 7th day two hours before the trial was over I canceled the trial, the next day I received a notification that my credit card was billed for the subscription. TUBI states that I have to go through ROKU on billing, ROKU shows that I am not subscribed with TUBI, I don't know what I need to do. Thank you.

Re: Unable to delete Fubo TV app from home screen. It won't be removed automatically when the trial ends, but the "Remove channel/app" option should appear once it does end. Thanks for replying but that's not my question. I can watch Fubo now. What I mean is for example I want to watch ESPN through the ESPN App. It asks for my TV provider to be able to watch through the app. When I try to choose Fubo it is not there. It has a super long list of cable providers, Dish, Directv, etc. to choose from.
