Fairhaven Town Hall is the town hall of Fairhaven, Massachusetts. It is located at 40 Center Street, between Walnut and William Streets, across Center Street from the Millicent Library. The brick and stone High Victorian Gothic hall was designed by Charles Brigham and built in 1892.

Daniel Jefferson "Dirty Dan" Harris (c. 1833 – August 18, 1890) was an early settler of the Bellingham Bay area and founder of the town of Fairhaven, Washington. Following a stint as a whaler in the Pacific Ocean, Harris arrived in Washington Territory in either 1853 or 1854.
The property was put up for sale by the United States Government, and was bought in 1925 for $5,000 by Cara Broughton, daughter of Fairhaven native and Standard Oil Company industrialist Henry Huttleston Rogers, who then presented Fort Phoenix to the Town of Fairhaven as a public park.
