At best, this is a "moderately fast" tempo, certainly in comparison with other G&S patter songs such as "My Eyes are Fully Open" or "I am the Very Model". When compared with the other G&S patter songs here, though, I'd venture that it's by far the slowest on the list, so perhaps "moderately fast" is incorrect. 2.
