The Imaret of Komotini (Greek: Ιμαρέτ Κομοτηνής) is an imaret complex in the town of Komotini, in the Western Thrace region of northern Greece, and is thought to be one of the oldest surviving Ottoman monuments in Europe. It is dated between the early 1360s and the end of the fourteenth century.
The former mosque was built in what is now the Nea Mosynoupoli district of Komotini. [2] It is located fifty metres east of the Poşpoş Tekke. It was built following the Ottoman conquest of Thrace, but the exact year Yunus Bey was erected remains unknown. Today, only its four outer walls and a door survive.
