Today, the Lewis Kayton House, also known as Mansion on Forsyth Park, is a 126-room Romanesque Revival-style hotel which covers 18,000 square feet (1,700 m 2). The former Kayton mansion was converted into a lounge and restaurant that includes a cooking school. The three-story hotel was built onto the mansion with the same exterior style.
In 1921, due to the popularity of the hotel, an addition of another 100 rooms was added. In 1954, the hotel became the Manger Hotel and operated as such until the 1970's. Its Purple Tree Lounge was a very popular night spot. The building now houses the First City Club of Savannah and business offices.

The Wormsloe Historic Site, originally known as Wormsloe Plantation, is a state historic site near Savannah, Georgia, in the southeastern United States.The site consists of 822 acres (3.33 km 2) protecting part of what was once the Wormsloe Plantation, a large estate established by one of Georgia's colonial founders, Noble Jones (c. 1700-1775).
