JulianN, I believe that the technical issues are only a part of the problem folks are experiencing. The larger problem here is that COX has dumped our email service off to a second rate provider that wants to charge us for technical support and cox technical support has simply abandoned their former customers.
Webmail (Enhanced): I get directed to my Cox Account page as if I'd signed in to www.cox.com directly. If I click on either of the email links (i.e. 'Cox Email' at the top or 'View Cox Email' in the Internet section) it just reloads the page.
I use Cox web/online to view all my emails and save all of them and need to be able to access them in the future so I'm wondering when email transitions to Yahoo if I'll still be able to go into my email saved in my email.cox.net account to find all of my old emails?
Cox websites for Webmail Help appear to be for Legacy. New Webmail includes Help icons. Email folder Help is in the lower left of Inbox when folder view is open. Webmail login on Cox website problems For the past year or more it always takes the login page a long time to load when I go to webmail on the cox website. When the login box finally loads, it takes a long time to process the password entered and load the e-mail. It usually loads the e-mail but occasionally it does not.

I tried several ways to get my new Cox/Yahoo aocount on my iPhone. Turns out it was very easy, but I haven't seen this solution anywhere. Delete the old Cox account under Settings -> Mail; Add a new account; Select Yahoo! It will ask you to sign in - use your old Cox email address as your username: jdoe@cox.net and then click next.
The myemail.cox.net url absolutely works, but the weird thing is that when I click on the webmail link on myconnection.cox.com it points to webmail.cox.net - which is the page that can't be reached by Chrome for sure. It's not my shortcut, it's me clicking on Cox's link that's taking me to the wrong place. I hope this can be fixed. Thanks
If you type in myemail.cox.net, you will be directed to the correct site. If you require further assistance, please contact us via email at cox.help@cox.com including your name, complete address and description of your issue. Thanks, Lisa - Cox Support Forums Moderator
At this point, Cox should just admit that WebMail is a very messed up e-mail platform or give us detailed specific instructions on how we can fix it ourselves. Please give me the specific URL to access WebMail in my area as well as any settings for Windows 10 and Google Chrome I should be using, detailed and specific.
