I made this controller input tester since I keep repairing my PS3 and PS4 controllers and there isn't an easy way to check that they work correctly without launching a game or installing a wrapper to pass them off as xbox controllers, (like DS4W) which I don't want since they lose functionality in some buttons.

I don't have a ps4 right now, so I'm trying to sell my controllers. I have a couple v1s, which when I plug in/connect to my computer I can easily see the values change for the touchpad. I have one v2 controller (God of War edition), and when I pair it up, the values are oriented differently on the computer.
If the game developer made their PC version compatible with PS4 controller then all you need to do is plug and play. If not then you will have to rely on third party tools like DS4Windows or Steam that translates PS4 input into Xbox input so Windows can handle the rest.

Hey man ive got my zen connected and its all fine, its says in the studio and device monitor that its good, but when i try use my ps4 controller on the ps it wont work or use the hacks/script. And when Connect through blotooth its the same, aswell when i Turn on the controller first and then plug it in the zen.
