Before you can start entering a well or plugging report you must associate to the driller who drilled or plugged the well. Enter the License Number and PIN for the driller and click OK. A user account can associate to multiple drillers if they have the correct License Number and PIN of the drillers.
The Submitted Drillers Report (SDR) Database is populated from the online Texas Well Report Submission and Retrieval System (TWRSRS) which is a cooperative Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) and Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) application that registered water-well drillers use to submit their required reports.
Texas water well reports drilled since 2003 are submitted electronically and stored in the Submitted Drillers Reports Database. Prior to 2003, well reports were submitted as paper copies to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).
