As of the 2020 United States census , the borough's population was 10,915, [ 10 ] [ 11 ] an increase of 394 (+3.7%) from the 2010 census count of 10,521, [ 20 ] [ 21 ] which in turn reflected a decline of 409 (−3.7%) from the 10,930 counted in the 2000 census .
