The Peters Paper Company Warehouse, in Denver, Colorado, has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1988. It was built in 1899, expanded in 1915, and served as a paper company warehouse until 1942. [2] It is a four- and five-story building with a post and beam structural system and with facing of beige brick.

The building, designed by Urban Design Group, has a floor area of 669,000 sq ft (62,200 m 2) and is located at 1200 Seventeenth Street, on Lawrence between Sixteenth and Seventeenth flanked on the 16th side by the covered Tabor Center Mall and on 17th by an open plaza.
