Holy Apostles College and Seminary is a Catholic seminary in Cromwell, Connecticut. It was founded in 1956 on a 40-acre (160,000 m 2 ) property in Cromwell by Eusebe M. Menard to provide a program of education and formation for men intending to enter the priesthood .

The Apostolic Constitutions or Constitutions of the Holy Apostles (Latin: Constitutiones Apostolorum) is a Christian collection divided into eight books which is classified among the Church Orders, a genre of early Christian literature, that offered authoritative pseudo-apostolic prescriptions on moral conduct, liturgy and Church organization. [7] [8] This text is an appendix to the eighth book of the Apostolic Constitutions. [ 7 ] [ 9 ] Like the other Ancient Church Orders, the Apostolic Canons uses a pseudepigraphic form. These eighty-five canons were approved by the Council in Trullo in 692 but were rejected by Pope Sergius I .
