I cannot find a place in the email area to update my Comcast.net email account PW. The Support option sends me in an endless loop with the chat assistant, so I can't get actual help with this. I don't even know how to log into my Comcast account outside of the Xfinity website since I don't actually use the email account for anything.

After confirming that I wanted to enable that, I was unable to access "My Account" and experienced the same behavior as others (three blinking dots then being logged out, close.svg auto-downloads). I tried on both Safari 13.1.1 and Chrome 84.0.4147.105. I was able to access My Account via my mobile phone.

This just happened today with my second comcast.net email account. Logged in and no access to my emails in that account. Where are my emails for this account. No warning! Nothing. Disabled and no access. At least move them to my primary email in a separate Folder so that I have access to these emails. Please help me recover these emails.
