EES login “access denied”. I am having a difficult time logging into the HRC EES. Getting “access denied” on two different computers and two different browsers on each computer. Their help desk seems to be only open M-F. Any suggestions or experience with this issue? Archived post. New comments cannot be posted and votes cannot be cast ...
captain_carrot. Did HRC move their website to only allow NIPR access now?? I used to have no problem logging into the HRC website (evaluations.hrc.army.mil) from my personal computer using my own CAC reader. The last few days I haven't been able to login unless I'm using a gov't computer connected to a NIPR network.
What is EES? Anyway, here's what normally works for me with all CAC issues: Remove CAC. Clear cookies. Clear SSL state. Clear certificates. Close IE. Insert CAC. Open up your ActivClient. Click "My Personal Info". Enter PIN. Go to whatever EES is and try again.
I was in EES today on a personal laptop - no problems. I have to use DS Log On for HRC and MilConnect. CAC never works for me on those sites. I got to the site (but didn't login) There is a message saying DS login is messed up. If you're using DS login, you can call the DMD 800-368-3665. I've been trying to fix a returned NCOER and edit some of ...
Have you tried going straight to evaluations.hrc.army.mil? The HRC website was down last well, but EES was still up. EES usually has a published maintenance schedule over, which is over weekends. It’s usually published a bit late into the FY but you can see if there’s an updated one.
According to the HRC webpage; once it's with the examiner it should take about two weeks. Mine was submitted back in December and according to the Eval webpage it's still with the examiner and has not been submitted to iPerms yet. I've checked and it hasn't been kicked back, so it's been with the examiner for almost 3 months now.
Additionally, your first line should be the easiest source for this information. HRC -> EES -> start new (I think I’m not looking at the site right now) then the senior rater, then soldier signs you don’t “have” to send it to anyone when you enter their data it will pop up in their EES for them to sign / make changes.
If you forget to hit Exit, you can always click back in and click Exit which will unlock it. You also don't have to unsign in reverse order if you are going to remove all the signatures from an evaluation. It just ends up requiring you to use the Signature Removal Tool if you go out of order. 5. Critical-Fix-9333.
Can not access Army websites at home. No matter what browser I use I get a Access Denied just trying to access the site. I don't even make it into the log in screen for sites like JKO, Email, Army Career Tracker, Everything. I continue to get this message.
Login into the Evaluation Entry System here. https://evaluations.hrc.army.mil. On the right side of the page you'll see a button labeled ERS for Evaluation Report System. That will take you into an Oracle based platform. On the left side enter your SSN, DODID, or name and the system will show your evaluation period from start to through (due) date.
