Hell you can make decent speed and lap times just by taking the fixed setups and adjusting the tire pressures, lowering the ride heights, adjusting the track bar, and raising or lowering the LR spring (Based on how the car drives about 20 laps in a run). Just by doing that you can gain a lot of spots.

In iRacing, it comes down to finding something to abuse until its patched. I'm much better off using VRS or some other paid subscription. 0.
Yes, it's for one car setup a week. You still get the free weekly telemetry stuff for one other vehicle. I'm currently running the RS3 TCR series and use the VRS setup and the Skippy series where I use the free telemetry but don't need a setup each week.
