Stikine (provincial electoral district) Stikine is a provincial electoral district in British Columbia, Canada. The riding was known as Bulkley Valley-Stikine until the 2009 election. Following the Electoral Districts Act, 2008, which came into effect upon the dissolution of the BC Legislature in April 2009, the riding was renamed Stikine.
