Hi Matt, Yes these are from the promotion and I did try to redeem them the same way as the first one I used-inputting the code into the shop owner's gift card area before final checkout. When that did not work I went back to my e-mails from Etsy with the gift card codes and tried to redeem them that way and still got an "invalid" message.

Community Maker. 12-08-2021 10:40 PM. Etsy has basically removed our ability to use gift cards for our Shop only. The "Other" payment type has been sunsetted and if you create a custom coupon code, the customer must spend above that amount to redeem it.
It should be obvious that gift cards are not included but just write it in the description up near the top. make a short video of you placing a card in to show how its done.
