I've been using Milk of Magnesia topically for a while now. It seems to work well for me for Seb Derm on the face and dandruff as a change from Ketaconazole (Nizoral) shampoo. I use it in the shower like a shampoo, and wipe it gently over the bad bits of my face. Then rinse it off thoroughly.

Milk of Magnesia helps a lot of people. Kiwifruit are helpful, too. I found that I also had to ask my doctor for a prescription for an aperient that I took all the time I was taking pain medication.
