The Waverly Historic District is a national historic district that is centered roughly on Academy Street and Abington Road, and which encompasses Carbondale Road, Beech, Cole, Church and Dearborn streets in Waverly Township, Pennsylvania. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2004.

Built in 1884, this historic structure is a three-and-one-half-story, rectangular, masonry building, with a raised basement. Designed in the Romanesque Revival style, it was enlarged in 1896, with the addition of a third story and reconstruction of the roof to include a number of eclectic design elements.
