Naruto begins investigating Boruto's absence, while the latter engages Code in battle. Boruto rescinds Uzuhiko and asks Code to help him fight them, but Code slips away, and Boruto is forced to flee using Flying Raijin. He arrives in the wilderness where Koji Kashin admonishes him for taking such a risk.
