    chicken is great any time. i'd eat it every 2 waking hours if possible! so yes it's great before bed. have it with some complex carbs and fats and you're money! Eat any protein with a fat and it slows down the absorption a nice amount. EAT!EAT! No, largely because I think chicken breasts are disgusting.

    Your eating way too many eggs as well (3 is plenty) eggs are very rich in general. Way too much protein. Halve that protein, add in good fats, nuts and seeds (high in fibre and protein), lots and lots water and green tea.
