Winston-Salem Southbound Railway Freight Warehouse and Office is a historic railway freight warehouse and office building located at Winston-Salem, Forsyth County, North Carolina. It was built in 1913, and is a two-story, brick railroad building with a shallow gable roof and Italianate-style design elements. It measures 40 feet by 224 feet.
The Winston and Bone Valley Railroad began operations in 1892. It was founded by J.D. Griffin and William Mills Winn, who had operated a lumber mill just four miles northwest of Lakeland since 1884. They relocated the mill to a location four miles west of Lakeland in 1892.

The original Lakeland station's structure was opened by the South Florida Railroad in 1886 as a two-story wooden edifice that burned down in 1901. The replacement proved to be inadequate for contemporary railroad needs and was replaced in 1910 by the South Florida Railroad's successor, Atlantic Coast Line Railroad (ACL), with a one-story brick building.
