Middlesex Hospital was a teaching hospital located in the Fitzrovia area of London, England. First opened as the Middlesex Infirmary in 1745 on Windmill Street, it was moved in 1757 to Mortimer Street where it remained until it was finally closed in 2005.

It was used by patients, medical staff and the public visiting the Middlesex Hospital, which closed in 2006 and had stood on the site since 1755 before being demolished in 2008.
The Middlesex County Hospital was operated by Middlesex County from the 1930s until 2001. Its property straddles the towns of Waltham and Lexington, Massachusetts. Originally a tuberculosis hospital, it eventually became the county hospital for Middlesex until its closure. [1] The property was sold and redeveloped into a condominium community.
