The Summit County Clerk of Courts Office is comprised of two Divisions - Legal and Title. The Clerk of Courts - Legal Division maintains records for the Summit County Common Pleas Court - General Division, the Summit County Domestic Relations Court, and the Ninth District Court of Appeals.
The Clerk of Courts office provides public viewing and/or copies of court records through the File Room located in the basement of 205 S. High Street, Akron, OH 44308. We highly recommend obtaining records from 2002 to the present on our website, where you can get immediate access.
