The Music City Center is a convention complex located in downtown Nashville, Tennessee, United States. It opened in May 2013. In 2003, the Loveless Cafe was sold to a few committed Nashville natives. They closed the cafe in February 2004 for restorations. The cafe is featured in nearly every episode of the drama Nashville on American Broadcasting Company. [14] "Bluebird Cafe" is a track from John Waite's album When You Were Mine (1997). The cafe is also referenced in "Somewhere North of Nashville" (2019) by Bruce Springsteen.
The original Harveys department store was opened by Fred Harvey in 1942 at the corner of 6th Avenue North and Church Street in Nashville, Tennessee. The site was the former home of a post-Reconstruction Nashville retailer, Lebeck Brothers/Denton & Company, which rose to prominence in the 1870s.
