On 7 November 2015, live on BBC One, the Lotto draw machine failed to release all the balls, causing the draw to be postponed. The draw later took place off air, and the results were posted on the website. Originally, the draws would take place in the BBC studio during the game show on Saturdays (and sometimes Wednesdays).
