Erie Bluffs State Park is a 587-acre (238 ha) [2] Pennsylvania state park in Girard and Springfield Townships, Erie County, Pennsylvania in the United States. The park is the largest undeveloped stretch of land overlooking Lake Erie in Pennsylvania.
The center, which officially opened on May 26, 2006, is on 12 acres (5 ha) just off Route 832 on a bluff overlooking Lake Erie. TREC is named for former Pennsylvania Governor Tom Ridge , "who grew up in Erie, worked at the park as a young man and provided funding for the center and numerous Presque Isle projects during his administration".

The district is significant because few seasonal campsites from before the Late Woodland period have been discovered along Lake Erie. [2]: 4
