The Texas Tenors are a three-time Emmy Award-winning classical crossover, trio vocal group formed in 2009 by country singer JC Fisher, pop singer Marcus Collins and opera singer John Hagen. They were a top four finalist in the fourth season of America's Got Talent , making them the highest ranking vocal group in the show's history.
It evolved into Parkrun – a free 5-kilometre timed running event that takes place every Saturday morning. The first event took place on 2 October 2004, with 13 entrants. In April 2010 a two-kilometre "Junior Parkrun" format was added at Bushy Park for children aged 4 to 14 (held monthly on Sunday mornings). [8]

Cardiff parkrun is a parkrun event that takes place every Saturday morning at 9 am in Cardiff, Wales. The parkrun was the first in Wales [ 1 ] and has become the second largest in the UK. [ 2 ] The run was started on 16 February 2008 and celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2018 with its largest ever attendance.

In September of that year, the group toured with David Foster as the opening act. They performed O Canada at the 2009 Grey Cup game. On February 10, 2010, the Tenors appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show.
