The rodeo section of the Fort Worth Stock Show moved to the new Dickies Arena in 2020. The 2021 Stock Show was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic; only the second time in the event's history. It returned in 2022. That same year, it received the PRCA Large Indoor Rodeo of the Year award.
