The Turnpike Troubadours are an American country music band from Tahlequah, Oklahoma, founded in 2005. [1] They started their own imprint, Bossier City Records, in 2007 and have released six studio albums. Their self-titled 2015 album peaked at number 17 on the Billboard 200.
Fullbright got his start in the music industry as a member of the Oklahoma band the Turnpike Troubadours [9] also from the Okemah area. He performed an Oklahoma City venue called The Blue Door for the first time in April 2008.
Before the Turnpike Troubadours went on hiatus, there were multiple reports of Felker appearing intoxicated during his performances, along with the band cancelling over a dozen shows. [ 15 ] [ 16 ] In an August 2020 interview with Rolling Stone , Felker said he had found sobriety and was working on a ranch in Texas. [ 17 ]
The Jan. 19 concert at Oklahoma City's Paycom Center was the first of a two-night home-state concert stand for the Turnpike Troubadours.

Goodbye Normal Street is a 2012 studio album by the American country music band Turnpike Troubadours. The band's third album, it was released in May 2012.
